Parents as People Workshop Series
Being a parent today means juggling multiple roles: caregiver, professional, organiser, emotional supporter, taxi driver, household manager… and that’s just the beginning. Add the challenges of living in a different country, navigating cultural expectations, or managing complex work-life demands, and it’s no wonder many parents feel stretched, exhausted, or emotionally depleted.
This workshop series is for you — the parent, the adult, the human — not for your children.

Introductory workshop

This introductory workshop is an opportunity to get to know me and to learn more about the mental wellbeing support sessions I will be offering exclusively to LIS parents in May and June 2026 (see dates and topics below).
It’s a relaxed and welcoming space where I will introduce my approach, the themes we’ll explore, and what you can expect from the group sessions.

- Costs: 30 € per session or 100 € for all four sessions

- Participation is reflective and optional, there is no pressure to share personal experiences.
- The focus is on adult wellbeing, emotional awareness, and sustainable self-care.
